The role of the HR function is to support KMT by ensuring it has the “right people, in the right place, at the right time”, and to support those people to be motivated and engaged with the work KMT does. The HR function is also responsible for designing, developing and implementing policies, processes and systems that ensure people in KMT understand what is expected of them and what they can expect from KMT.
